I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and never had this kind of problem. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. After I made the booking yesterday, no room was arranged for me, nobody replied on WhatsApp, and my calls were ignored too.
Even when I booked late at night before, I still received my room without any issue. But this time, I felt completely scammed. They took my money and kept delaying without giving me the room or any response. This is unacceptable.

Too pricy for the room described. Rooms not serviced properly, bathroom shower broken, water leaks not sure from where, amenities not replenished, no hot shower in the morning or during the day. Overall just for sleeping in room the price is too high. Staff are very good and courteous

房间乾净，设施新，周边环境好，离各景区都不远，位置很好。院子里还有小童器材，有湖景和咖啡。工作人员热情礼貌。孩子发烧了，酒店还提供了体温计。

??刚从这家酒店退房，必须怒写一波好评!我们是坐高铁中转，酒店提供了高铁接站服务，司机帮忙提行李，几分钟就到酒店。
进了大堂办理入住，前台小姐姐主动提供了小童洗漱用品?
房间里乾净得让人惊喜，地毯没有一点异味，衞生间的玻璃擦得透亮，床品软乎乎的!
下次来这边玩肯定还住这儿，已经推荐给身边好几个朋友了，性价比真的绝，完全物超所值!

This hotel is ideally located. Walking distance from the ferry terminal and the town, which boasts great cafe's, restaurants, shops and museums. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It would of been nice to of had a little bit more of a choice for breakfast and could of been a bit better priced. Otherwise, it is a great hotel, rooms are a good size, quiet and great views. We will be staying there again for sure.
