This hotel opened just two weeks ago, around the beginning of May 2026, and it shows in all the best ways. As expected, it is a very nice Courtyard property. I stayed in a king room, which was well-equipped but designed with efficiency in mind. It would be perfect for a solo traveler, but since I was traveling with my wife, it felt a little tight at times. Still, the room had plenty of outlets and USB-C ports, a nice TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker neatly built into cabinets above the AC unit. There was also a desk with a chair and a couch for additional seating. The bathroom was on the smaller side as well, featuring a walk-in shower without a door. The hotel itself has a large, inviting lobby with a bar and plenty of seating areas. The gym is exceptionally large, and there is also an indoor pool, outdoor patio, and meeting space. One unique feature is the skier locker room, which makes sense given how close the hotel is to Sugar Mountain. The staff was friendly, helpful, and eager to assist, even as a newly opened property. There is plenty of parking, including EV charging stations, and having a grocery store directly behind the hotel is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

I recently had dinner at place members club .The experience was absolutely wonderful, and a big part of that was because of Manager Jeeshan. His menu knowledge was outstanding, and he explained every dish with confidence and genuine passion. He was extremely polite, attentive, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. His warm smile and positive energy created such a comfortable atmosphere throughout the evening. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail and the way he handled everything so smoothly while still making every guest feel special. Service like this is rare to find these days. Definitely coming back again if the service continues like this. Highly recommended!

Room looks good, nice view. While booking i thought like the room is bigger, but it’s not as bigger I thought. No Amenities.

If you’re looking for a resort that treats "hospitality" as a theoretical concept they’ve only heard about in passing, **Taj Alibaug** is your sanctuary. Our stay was a breathtaking series of failures, expertly curated to ensure maximum frustration. **The "Warm" Welcome:** Check-in at 2 PM is apparently just a suggestion. After being told our room wasn't ready, we retreated to the restaurant—only to find a 40-minute wait for the privilege of eating. When we finally "checked in," the King bed we booked had vanished, replaced by a room in the farthest possible corner of the property. For a family with a toddler, the 10-mile hike to the pool was a great way to ensure we never actually used it. **The "Elite" Service:** Despite being told the hotel was "full," our friends who arrived 30 minutes *after* us were magically gifted a Suite upgrade with a terrace garden. I suppose my mistake was booking in advance and expecting what I paid for. **The Comedy of Errors:** - **The Key Fiasco:** After day one, they unilaterally blocked our keys and started making "check-out" calls despite multiple emails confirming a continuous stay. It took **two hours** to get a replacement key, and even then, they could only spare one. The second key is presumably still being handcrafted by a monk in the Himalayas. - **The Spa Mirage:** "No slots available"—unless, of course, you are our aforementioned friends who checked in later and hadn't even booked. Two slots "magically" appeared only after I called out their blatant lying. - **The Salt Shortage:** I asked for bath salts and received two spoons in a glass. When I suggested that wasn’t enough for a bathtub, I was told it was "good enough." I didn't realize the Taj was rationing minerals. **Child "Care":** If you want your baby to learn the art of fasting, this is the place. **90 minutes** for khichdi and fulka, and three reminders just to get an egg. At breakfast, we discovered the resort’s greatest treasure: **The One and Only Baby Chair.** When I pointed out the shortage, the "leader" rudely informed me he couldn't ask others to vacate. Brilliant planning, Taj—one chair for a multi-hundred-room resort. **The Grand Finale:** I told them weeks ago it was my wife’s birthday. Not only did they forget the decor, but they then had the audacity to ask *my wife* if they should do it now. Surprise ruined. Mission accomplished. I asked to speak to the Hotel Manager multiple times. I’m still waiting. Much like the service, the food, and the basic respect for a guest’s time, the management at Taj Alibaug is **completely non-existent.** **Rating: 0/5. Stay here if you enjoy paying five-star prices for a zero-star circus.**

Very clean modern property overall, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Parking is tight for large cars.

我们订了2 rooms 可住3人的房。地方很大，还有开放式厨房，十分乾净。但一入房的时候只看到一张双人床，我们即时有点错愕。原来另一张梳化床需要自行拉出，都是巳经舖好床单的。但感觉似屈蛇，三位成年人租酒店看见这情景有点尴尬??，很对不起另一位朋友差点要多订一间单人房了。我在网上图片看见是有两张床，需然标明一张是梳化床但没想过是这样。如果能预先整理好第二张床铺，不需要自己动手比较好。
