The room was very clean and staff was friendly.

Room was a bit dated, in need of a paint brush as much of the woodwork was peeling. Bathroom was adequate with a shower over the bath and quite a high step getting in and out. Toilet made an awful noise through the plumbing, and a previous occupiers bar of soap left on floor of electric radiator. Bed was comfortable and the room warm. Communal spaces littered with room service crockery from the time I arrived until the time I left. Reception staff pleasant, and the breakfast was the highlight of my stay, with so much to choose from. The only downside was the number of staff that on duty was a bit overwhelming, no sooner had you finished with one plate, it was whipped away.

Interesting that the compound is designed like an old Japanese village with folk toy stand, rice cake stan, ramen stand, footbath, bathhouse, restaurant. It’s also convenient because there is a shuttle from the station.

Family friendly, loads of bars restaurants nearly, huge parking.

One of the best hotel states I’ve had, very unique concept where the room felt more like a two bedroom apartment, the crazy part is the cost was similar to staying at a conventional hotel. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely 5 night stay here. Our room was one with a partial sea view and was beautifully presented. Good quality bed linens and toiletries. We particularly liked the outdoor space , all of which had great views of Vesuvius. The pool and sun deck are down a flight of 290 steps so you need to be able bodied if you want to swim. The hotel do however offer a shuttle service to the beach which is only 5 minutes away. This hotel is very well located and in a quiet area. All of the staff were brilliant, very friendly and attentive. We really did appreciate the high levels of customer service. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of food and there was a good bar menu too. We would highly recommend this hotel.

El desayuno bien, aunque avisé de la celiaquia de mi marido y solo tenían pan sin gluten, ninguna opción de galletas, cereales ni magdalenas. El spa bien, tenía incluido en el precio el acceso y colo el domingo está cerrado perdí el importe del mismos. Asimismo, el sábado y el domingo el menú de la cena era 14 euros, el lunes lo subieron a 15 y, a pesar de estar alojados no nos respetaron el precio.
