The staff were very helpful. I did not receive any code for the lock box, called after hours number and a staff member was there to let me in, in two minutes. Very family friendly and my doggie loves the place and the beach that he runs on. I stayed two days this time and really enjoyed myself. The nights were very quiet and I slept well. Patrice at the front desk was so welcoming. The Clubhouse dinner entrees were very generous in size. The pool side service was great! Loved the pool, so relaxing.

Very nice staff. Within walking distance of the quays/ wharves with bars and restaurants. Supermarket not too far away, a short drive. Very nice rooms , comfortable beds and good shower/ bathroom facilities.

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. Staff was great. We stayed multiple days and housekeeping could’ve been a little bit better and it stunk that the food had to come from the Sheraton. I believe the hotel here was under repair. Will definitely book again.

Great breakfast with very helpful staff

A huge thank you to Emel and Bilal from housekeeping for taking such amazing care of us during our stay. They were both so kind and attentive, always making sure our room was beautifully done and our drinks were replenished. They genuinely made our stay feel so comfortable and special. We really appreciated all their hard work

This hotel has an amazing location, large, comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast, and an amazing staff. In particular Anna Maria at the front desk was ableto accommodate my most unusual request. She took time to find the tools and help me make a card for our tour later. I appreciated her as well as the other staff at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel which had been a convent.

Il Boscareto is a beautiful resort located in the heart of Langhe, in Serralunga d’Alba. Stunning views of vineyards, towns, and, in the distance, the Alps. We had a junior suite - very roomy - with a spacious, two sink bathroom, shower and steam, and a huge private patio. Very nice, understated elegance. Excellent spa facility and restaurant. We had dinner twice at Il Sunsi Bistrot. They also served a very nice and full breakfast daily at the Bistrot. They also have a three star Michelin restaurant that we did not visit. Il Boscareto’s staff could not have possibly been more helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to assure that our stay was excellent, particularly Eduardo in Il Sunsi Bistrot and Sara at the front desk. They went way beyond expectations to help us enjoy our stay at Il Boscareto. What a lovely, beautiful, and well run resort and spa!
