I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and never had this kind of problem. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. After I made the booking yesterday, no room was arranged for me, nobody replied on WhatsApp, and my calls were ignored too. Even when I booked late at night before, I still received my room without any issue. But this time, I felt completely scammed. They took my money and kept delaying without giving me the room or any response. This is unacceptable.
