This hotel was excellent, beautiful and large spacious rooms. Excellent facilities and the staff were exceptional. Amazing hotel in a quiet part of town but less than €5 in an uber to the marina.

My 1-night stay here was amazing. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared with snacks and bottled water. The afternoon tea and breakfast was also a wonderful touch and made the stay even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was the oxygen supply unit provided in the room, which was extremely helpful and crucial due to the high altitude. It made the stay much more comfortable. Overall, a great experience with warm hospitality, clean facilities, and thoughtful amenities. I will be staying here again when I come back to Shangri La

They are in the mist of updating their look, so it wasn't the cleanest, and it also to me, made the facilities age really stand out. Room was clean and nice, a little big for my taste, especially with the lack of places to lay your stuff out. Plus the rooms for my need a few more lamps or something to get more light in the room, especially when entering the room.

A nice hotel experience that was cheapened by a grubby timeshare sell. The hotel itself has been very well updated. It's quiet, clean and comfortable. BUT: on entry, we were given a 'free voucher' for either a cocktail or complimentary breakfast. We thought this was a lovely gesture until we asked reception, who told us it was conditional on sitting through a 90 minute timeshare presentation. This was only mentioned in TINY small print on the offer itself. If we'd never seen the 'free voucher', we would have been thrilled with a reasonably priced, far more well styled than average and very comfortable hotel stay. But the free - no it's not free - offer just cheapened the whole thing. Shame on you, Wyndham Hotels!

We spent a week at Grand Ocean beginning Easter Sunday. This is a great property that will well maintained, shout out to the Engineering Team for keeping the place in great shape. The check in process is rough with the very pushy and borderline bullying tactics to schedule the sales meeting across the street, no means no. Our room wasn’t located where we expected but was very clean and comfortable. Longboard has so much potential, there were many times with long and slow lines due to high volume, waiting 15ish minutes to place order is frustrating, there is opportunity for improved efficiency and guest experience. There are some great restaurants nearby, support local businesses. Grilling with the Guys was a fun event and well worth attending, great food, fun interaction with their team, and fund raising for Children’s Hospital. Will from Activities was very cool. Love this property! One weird comment, the location of our room to replaces elevators allowed us to hear an electric elevator noise all day and night, mentioned to desk as checkout, she said “I’ve never heard that comment before, I will have someone call you” it’s been 4 weeks, not heard from anyone, I’m sure she didn’t pass our comment to appropriate party. Great place and looking to visiting again. Thanks for a great week.

住过很多家野奢酒店，这家绝对能排进TOP3。凌晨一点到店前台还笑着等，办入住顺手递了秘制海棠果水，知道我第二天要开早会，特意安排了安静楼层，还提醒早餐厅8点就开，可以打包餐食带在路上吃。 房间书桌特意留了插排，打印资料直接找前台就行，免费送上门。淋浴热水三秒就出，床软得刚好解乏，管家服务特别贴心，大半夜还帮忙洗了衣服，烘乾了，不用等衣服晾乾直接就能装行李。以后来这个城市定点就住这。
