好大一间藏族民宿，环境装修不错，有好多外国人住、早餐算丰富。老板态度有善。早餐厅姨姨好好人。周围有超市，有美食街。好方便

We had a good stay, breakfast was tasty and the room was very clean.

This is my second stay in this beautiful accommodation. The room was perfect, the breakfast excellent, the location so handy, and the car park close by. Don't miss an opportunity to stay here!

Amazing hotel with a great food everything is good and calm clean and service it was perfect and thank you for all the stuff

Checked in. 1. TV didn’t work, not a big deal, they came and repaired it. 2 Bed had no top sheet! Slept with nothing, too hot to sleep with a blanket, see next… 3. Air conditioning did not work, it was 10 PM when we returned and realized it was now 78 in the room, stuck it out for the night, they moved us to another room across the hall. They did offer a coupon for a free night for a future stay, I declined, stating I wouldn’t be returning to that hotel! 4. Next day, when showering, discovered the shower had pressure comparable to a slow drip! 5. Later that day, the toilet seat lid fell off in my hand while raising it. 6. We had two rooms, the second for our son, he had been one issue, underwear were left behind from the previous guest. Went to the front desk, we asked for a late checkout, was given poor attitude and then told $109.00 per room! The property was nice, otherwise. Ate breakfast in the hotel. The property was nice but not enough to ever validate such a negative experience!

Personnel très agréable. L’h?tel est très propre, vraiment propre. Petit bémol : pas de pression à la douche et l’eau est soit froide soit chaude. Dommage. Petit déjeuner correct. Nous avons passé une nuit courte mais bonne. J’étais vraiment très contente de la propreté.

The room was clean and nice enough, but the view of the lake was obstructed by an adjacent building. The gardens were not very impressive and the pool and hot tub were not good. The exercise equipment and "arcade" were basically a few pieces in an outdoor storage area. The staff and owners were very nice and helpful. You can take a ferry from Stresa to Islo Bella, which is very nice, but parking is difficult and it is very crowded.

J’ai réservé pour une chambre d’h?tel 4 étoiles. Or, à mon arrivée j’ai été placée dans une annexe de l’h?tel, 3 étoiles. On ne m’avait pas prévenu en amont. Une déception
