Great location - beautiful pool and small beautiful beach. Great place

Over priced, getting a little tired and poor food and beverage service We stayed 4 night, 90% of people stay for one night as a stopover. We waited 30 mins for a drink and another 1hr 15 mins after the booked time for dinner before walking out. The food we had the night before was tepid, more style than substance and very expensive. We wouldn’t return even for a night stopover, the grounds are very nice, reception staff excellent, bar and restaurant poor service but they seem beholden to the chef who clearly is in charge

The hotel only provide bottle water once while you check in. We stay for 5 night and don't get any extra bottle water. There is no privilege for in and out parking for hotel's guest.

An absolutely exceptional experience at Kievits Kroon! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and truly memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Victoria and Vhutshilo at the spa for making the experience so relaxing, welcoming, and rejuvenating. Their care and attention to detail made us feel completely pampered. A special thank you as well to Nelisiwe and Buyisile at reception for their kindness, professionalism, and seamless assistance throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality truly set the tone for an incredible stay. The chef at the spa deserves special recognition for the delicious food and wonderful dining experience. Every meal was beautifully prepared and added to the overall sense of luxury and comfort. Lastly, a huge thank you to all three Refilwes for their outstanding service, friendliness, and dedication to making our experience extra special. It is rare to encounter such a genuinely caring and attentive team. Kievits Kroon exceeded expectations in every way. The reception was helpful and very attentive. The room was large and nice. However, breakfast was so unpleasant. The room was overcrowded, there was one guy trying to clean the tables and help. Obviously he was overwhelmed. To be honest, it felt like a zoo. We couldn’t find a table to sit. No spoons. The entire experience was traumatic. If you have that amount of people reaching breakfast at the same time, you should have 5 waiters attending. It wasn’t a relaxed nice breakfast.
