Outstanding hotel, lovely for a small relaxing by the Douro river. Breathtaking views, amazing food and very nice interior decor. Staff are great (reception is exemplary!), however I would say that restaurant staff need to improve on their English as I felt service is much better in Portuguese than English (I’m Portuguese and my partner’s English which is how we noticed this difference). Otherwise, this has inspired us to think about going to yet another Octant hotel in future (we’ve been to the one in évora before which is also great!)

太好了！前台可爱的妹妹主动出来指导停车，比如如何进车广库，从车库如何进酒店，车库如何停车…太暖心了，办理入住很快，边办理边交待注意事项，完毕后主动倒了两杯茶水，这妹子太好了，知性，完美！今早上退房时，还是同一个妹妹，退完房子后，送了离店伴手礼！值得信赖再次入住的酒店！

It’s a wonderful resort, everything is out in the open so you always have a beautiful view no matter whether you are at the pool, the bar or one of the restaurants they have. This place is all about relaxing and nothing more.

Lite l?ngt till frukostcafét (tillval frukost), men kan varmt rekommendera en bagel p? café Taste som ?ppnade redan 08:30 p? l?rdagsmorgonen. Skulle absolut v?lja detta boende igen.

房间本身很不错，装修是我喜欢的类型，窗外就能看到江。但是有几个小缺点，我刚进来发现房间垃圾桶没倒，可能是忘记了吧。其次室内恒温泳池没有，可惜我还特地带了泳衣。

五一期间入住率很高，早餐忙时需要等位。早餐有豆腐包、建德葱肉饼、豆腐饼、小酥饼等各种当地特色。还有江景位。

Food is okay, Staff behaviour is good Room is also good, need some more option for family large bed king size. House keeping is good.

It's really a good stay experience, the house keeping duties are carried daily in a proper manner. The staffs are more polite and respectful. We had breakfast daily in the hotel as a complimentary and there service is really good, every staff are more attentive. We mostly get attended by the staff named Mr.Aryan, he is definitely a nice guy with a happy face.
