Saw a few ants on the nightstand. Also a horrible smell in bathroom. Not sure if it was sewer gas or a drain problem or a problem when they hooked up plumbing with no traps. Very noisy from Interstate traffic but can’t help that. Breakfast was great.

Love the view from their rooms. Noticeable progression of construction happening at the property, outside not as attractive as a result, but didn’t impact me at all. Quiet sleep - yes to that. Hopefully they widen the car park spaces with the renovations, so narrow!

Absolute pleasure staying here, the staff are among the kindest I’ve experienced abroad, caring and very approachable. As I travelled solo, they seemed to take an interest which was welcomed. A shout out to Giulia, Stefano, Sara and Davide. The beach is exquisite and the sea is crystal clear and the resort’s exclusive beach area is well kept. Would recommend and would return.

Very kind staff everywhere inside the resort. Spa was clean, our room was cleaned every day, breakfast was almost same in every day but it was good with various selection of food. For dinner the main and hot dishes were different every day and you could find various cold dishes also. Location is good, restaurants, supermarket and beach nearby.

Worst hotel I booked during my Europe holiday. This may have once been a nice hotel but the hotel feels like it's long overdue for a renovation. Rooms are tired and well worn. Plus some of the rudest and non-communicative staff I've ever met. Trying to contact anyone, if you need anything, is impossible. They just flat out don't reply. A few times I tried calling them and no one answers the phone. It feels as if no one is in charge here and there's serious mismanagement. If you're coming to Andorra, there's plenty of other hotels in the area... where you actually get a modern room and kind staff.

I recently stayed at Pani Retreat and honestly loved the property. The views are absolutely beautiful and the whole atmosphere feels very peaceful and classy. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and well-mannered throughout our stay. Their service was excellent and they made us feel very comfortable and welcomed at all times. The hospitality here truly stands out — from the staff’s nature to the overall experience, everything was handled with great care. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and beautiful getaway!

Amazing location, short walk to the old town and the lake. Beautiful views of the lake from one side of the building, and on the other views of a lovely park. The staff were friendly, the pastries downstairs were very popular and a nice feature, filtered tap for drinking water on every floor. I would 100% recommend.
