老牌酒店，服务还行，房间老旧了，而且格局不够开阔，房间偏小， 衞生：需要加强，早餐味道不错，客房服务不错，前台服务差强人意！

环境乾净衞生，离景区很近，步行即可达到接送点，老板很热情，周围环境优美，早饭可口，适合带孩子来玩，，

房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，隔音效果好。早餐种类丰富好吃，健身器材齐全，前台服务热情贴心，整体体验超棒，性价比很高，下次还会入住！

The only comment I have is to paint the steel ballards in the parking area a different color the then the pavers.

Parking was easy on the street below. Had a nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Just one word PERFECT! We enjoyed our stay here. And we love the breakfast spread.

Great stay. Everything in the room working well, clean and comfy. Some minor part of the room look a bit "tired" and shower room doesn't have air flow. However, it was a nice stay. The FO was helpful and let us check-in earlier and contacted us to inform the room was ready, check-out was swift (it was the same staff: Erna). Their welcome drink is one of the best, with so many options to choose from. All the staffs are friendly.

I was on my own and felt very safe, Staff were kind, helpful and respectful

Excellent service by the staff who were polite, courteous and most importantly responsive to each and every need of the guests. A special mention to Shekar, Ravi and Manoj at the restaurant and also Chef Ramesh whose butter chicken,mutton rogan josh and fish tawa fry were cooked to perfection. Shirodhara Ayurveda was an excellent and relaxing experience suggested by Rupa and skilfully performed by Suma and Raju. The serene ambience of the resort simulating a forest, really set the mood to a relaxing getaway. In all the resort is one of the best in Coorg.

Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer.
