房间很漂亮 ，就在洱海旁边，待了两天基本没出门??。服务也很好，东西拿忘了会很及时的联系我们，还会帮忙邮寄。

Stayed here for one night after my train was cancelled. Was able to get a room last minute- staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend for a short stay.

Nous avons pris la formule Day spa. Nous l’avions déjà faite. Infrastructures très bien, lunch et go?ter gargantuesque. En revanche gros bémol : le vestiaire ! Mixte, petit et quasiment sans intimité. 2 portes opaques seulement. Les deux autres, transparentes. En plus, embouteillage car tout le monde arrive et part aux mêmes horaires. Dommage pour le lieu.

Hemos estado en el paraíso terrenal, el hotel es una preciosidad, en un enclave único y con personal dedicado única y exclusivamente a tu disfrute. Las cenas riquísimas, los vinos variados y para todos los gustos. El desayuno muy completo, con servicio a la carta incluido, todo natural y muy bueno. Nos dieron una suite alejada del bloque principal y nos dejaron un coche-golf para movernos por toda la finca a nuestro aire. Sitio ideal para descansar, relajarte y dedicarte a ti por unos días.
