Enjoyed the stay. Very supportive staff, especially for kids. Kids enjoyed the meals. Always staff greeted with smile. Nischaya, Sonia and Kumkum were very supportive.

Nós passamos 3 noites em família, 2 adultos e 2 crian?as de 10 e 13 anos. O hotel nos atendeu bem, n?o é luxuoso mas bem confortável, as áreas de lazer como piscina, quadra de tênis, escalada para as crian?as foi muito bom. Os safáris foram muito legais, dos big 5 n?o vimos o leopardo e búfalo. Mas nosso grande presente foi o Black Rino! Um único, bem arredio, mas maravilhoso! Agradecimento especial aos nossos guias. Sentimos que, devido ao hotel n?o estar t?o cheio, só pudemos ter o jantar em estilo buffet na última noite de sexta feira. E n?o tivemos o jantar boma na quarta feira... Uma pena. Obs: o jantar em buffet muito bom, café da manh? também. Alguns atendentes muito prestativos e simpáticos na recep??o e nos restaurantes, contranstando com alguns com cara de poucos amigos. No geral gostamos bastante!

The location was amazing the staff were amazing and helped us with everything we needed we even got given a lovely beach recommendation which was amazing!

Breakfast and rooms were great except the people who cleaned didn’t empty the garbages and left blood on the sheets. Pool and hot tub weren’t warm enough to use.

Place was nice and clean. Food vouchers provided if you do not opt for room cleaning services. Parking spaces are limited unfortunately.

La suite est magnifique. L'insonorisation n'est pas parfaite avec la chambre du voisin mais la vue est vraiment splendide. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et offre vraiment un choix multiple. Le personnel est vraiment agréable et souriant.... j'ai beaucoup aimé cette h?tel.

bathroom floor was dirty with lots of body hair. everything else was good.

离老城区五六公里，酒店有自己的收费地下车库，自驾的朋友比较方便。房间大，有阳台，房间里东西齐全很方便，唯一的问题就是淋浴的水不太热，我勉强可以接受，我先生只能快速冲洗了下。 早餐非常丰富，应有尽有，酸奶，鸡蛋，水果，包括各种茶包等等。整体服务还是不错的
