住了很多次全季，这次这个印象深刻，入职前中午就给前台打了电话，告知不要挨着电梯稍微安静点的房间，前台答覆给我预留好了，晚上10点到的时候到前台办入职服务员让我扫码领券，我拒绝了，办理入住的时候我説我打电话提前沟通了，要远离电梯，服务员説你这个房间就是远离电梯的，然后拿着房卡入住，到房间就无语了，安排的房间就在电梯旁边，不知道服务员是对房间位置不熟悉还是因为我没有按要求扫码领券，早餐没有之前全季住的丰盛，小米糕也没有，希望不断改进吧

Room was spacious and had all the required amenities to get by. The breakfast to go was a great option gor me as I was checking out before breakfast was served at 7:30. Staff were hospitable and approachable. A/C in the room was also great. Beds were soft and large.

Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambre petite très propre avec "petite vue"sur l'Odet. Manque un support pour valise. La chambre au dernier étage n'est pas desservie par l'ascenseur.

This hotel is simply amazing, from the welcome upon arrival, the luxurious rooms, to the immaculate grounds and pool. Breakfast in the garden was outstanding. The service provided by everyone was excellent but special mention must go to Maurice who was friendly and very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. KG also stood out for her service and friendly welcome. Hope to visit again some day.

Property, although very old, was surprisingly great. Room was relatively small but all facilities worked perfectly. King bed was very comfortable, big TV (only with local channels) was good and easy to operate. Hot water was almost instantenous in the shower with good pressure. Enough room for a couple of nights stay at a property of good value close to both performing arts theatres in Bendigo and city restaurants. :-)

Più di una SPA, un vero e proprio angolo dedito al vostro relax ed alla cura dei vostri pensieri, sì perché oltre che rivelarsi un vero toccasana per il corpo, Principi di Fitalia riesce a mettere a proprio agio anche la mente, regalando momenti di vera distensione e tranquillità . Un ambiente pulitissimo, con un personale di riguardo, disponibile e preparatissimo oltre che di grande cordialità, Paolo e Rosa sapranno accogliervi nel migliore dei modi mettendovi sin da subito a vostro agio, due saune, due bagni turchi, docce emozioli ed una vasca meravigliosa!! In conclusione, non ho ancora provato il servizio massaggi, troverò sicuramente occasione ma sono già sicuro che resterò soddisfatto al cento per cento ! Principi di Fitalia, una garanzia per il vostro relax !
