Advertised the property as on the ground floor and suitable for elderly but there was 5 steps down and also overlooking the golf course, if you stood on a chair you could just see the course

Marriott’s Barony Beach Club has a great Hilton Head location, solid grounds, good activities, and nice touches like live poolside music and excellent outdoor grills. Service and operations, however, fall below typical MVC standards. Staff were less friendly and less knowledgeable than at other MVC resorts. Garden View rooms are in a separate, isolated section about a quarter mile from the beach, and the shuttle isn't executed well. Hint cut through Westin where the Starbucks is available. There’s no beach towel exchange, and if guests are expected to wash towels in?unit, more detergent should be provided. No mid?week cleaning during a long stay also makes the experience feel lower quality. Overall, strong physical amenities but noticeable service gaps. This club could be spectacular if it tried harder and put in effort to deliver.

Wieso gibt es in einem 40 QM DOPPELZimmer nur einen Sessel? Wer plant sowas. Manchmal m?chten tats?chlich auch mal zwei Menschen gleichzeitig sitzen. Das Preis-Leistung Verh?ltnis stimmt an keiner Stelle. De facto ist der Service nicht vorhanden. Genauso wie beispielsweise auch die Sahne im Café, wenn man dort mittags eine hei?e Schokolade trinken m?chte. Gibt es einfach nicht, viele so viele andere Selbstverst?ndlichkeiten auch. Wie zum Beispiel ein sinnhaftes Lichtkonzept in den Zimmern. Auf diverse Missst?nde angesprochen, empfehlen die überforderten Mitarbeitenden eine Beschwerde beim Management. Sie w?ren zu wenig Leute ?dass sollen die da oben auch mal wissen“. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

家庭房，没有任何适配小童的设施，没有小童牙膏牙刷，没有小儿马桶圈。 甚至没有热水？！？！不理解酒店没有洗澡热水这个问题。 携程上同时期最贵的酒店，以为是设施好或服务好，实际都不挨着，房间甚至没有拨通前台的座机电话，从早餐的管理者粗看，很像一家人经营的一家宾馆，那这价位纯纯虚高太多了。 深睡楼层，以为是隔音好，实际楼道説话能完全听清。 早餐真是糊弄人的，真的，住了那么多酒店，第一次见早餐是这样的，没敢拍照，就説一声，第一次吃到了腐乳豆皮馅的包子，説是腐乳肉的。 就这吧，这么多年去了挺多城市和县城，让我入住当晚就想退房的酒店不多，这算为二之一了！

设施：设施齐全，智能天猫精灵很方便 衞生：很乾净，房间很大 环境：前景很美丽 值得推荐

酒店风景很好，房间很大很乾净，特地修了几公里的山路就是为了近酒店，有种与世隔绝的感觉，吃饭基本只能在酒店吃，但是价格也还算合理，味道不错，服务很好

整体入住体验非常满意，酒店环境乾净雅致，整体氛围安静舒适，很适合放松度假。针对小朋友的配套服务也做得很到位，亲子出行毫无压力。工作人员之间配合默契，服务衔接流畅自然，全程让人感觉很舒服。 酒店的服务响应效率超高，入住后添加了工作人员微信，不管是谘询问题还是提出需求，基本都能做到秒回，真正做到了有求必应，不用来回奔波沟通，省心又高效。从入住到游玩，大大小小的事情都能妥善安排妥当，整体服务水准在线。 必须重点夸赞礼宾部的管家，服务细致又贴心。不仅帮忙规划游玩路线，游玩时主动搭把手照看孩子，晚餐还特意帮我们挑选了可以观赏落日的绝佳位置，氛围感十足。很多细节都考虑得十分周全，全程贴心陪伴，让这次沙漠之行圆满又难忘，强烈推荐！

比预期的更好，这是一家宝藏旅馆，服务人员的态度都很好，因为我们没带卸粧油，女服务员还把自己的免费借给我们。男服务员还帮我们提取行李。全程 5 星级服务

Our room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant food and service was great. Everyone was pleasant and engaged to make our stay enjoyable. Definitely would return.
