The place looks amazing and is very aesthetic, but a few issues held it back from being a perfect stay. The bidet and rangehood had problems, the fridge and balcony table weren't cleaned, and the room TV wasn't working right. The Wi-Fi was also so slow that I couldn't stream movies in full HD. Lastly, it’s a bummer that only the pool is accessible. I really wish we could have used the beach too. Still, it’s a nice place overall!

Nice hotel modern upmarket solid Indonesian brand few teething issues with it being new i am sure they will sort out eventually only thing i can take away was pool was a bit too busy with kids… also felt a bit dangerous so many kids running around unattended and so high up

Great beachfront location, right in front of the beach and close to local amenities. However, the rooms (standard rooms) need updating, especially the shower and toilet, which felt outdated. Staff were friendly, but the hotel would benefit from refurbishment.
