Very clean and friendly staff that spoke really good English

机场打优步过去二十分钟左右，房间中规中矩，但是位置却是极佳，走路十分钟左右有几个超市，也有很多吃饭的地方，旁边就是海，问了司机这里是大岛最热闹的区域。

An old house in tip-top condition. Our suite was huge and had everything we could want. The breakfast was described as "light" but it was actually big and much better than the typical hotel buffet breakfast.

The resort has a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature, spacious room with beautiful view, and a super nice big pool by the beach! Special highlight to the Italian dinner at Trattoria, got to try an off-menu recommendation, chef’s special menu of the day!

Ho soggiornato recentemente in questo hotel, dove ero già stato circa dieci anni fa, e purtroppo devo constatare un netto peggioramento generale della struttura, soprattutto per quanto riguarda camere, pulizia e ristorazione. Le camere, che ricordavo più curate, appaiono oggi datate e poco manutenute. Gli arredi mostrano segni evidenti di usura e il comfort generale non è in linea con le aspettative attuali per la categoria dell’hotel. Anche sul fronte della pulizia l’esperienza è stata deludente: la camera non è stata trovata in condizioni impeccabili e l’attenzione ai dettagli, che dovrebbe essere un punto fondamentale, sembra mancare. La qualità del cibo, infine, è probabilmente l’aspetto che più mi ha sorpreso in negativo. Rispetto al passato l’offerta è risultata meno curata, con piatti poco valorizzati sia nella qualità delle materie prime che nella preparazione. è un vero peccato, perché la struttura in passato aveva un buon potenziale. Mi auguro che la direzione prenda atto di queste criticità e investa per riportare l’hotel al livello che meritava e che ricordavo
