The room was clean and modern and had a excellent bathroom and bed. They have many facilities including a gym and laundry however we didn't get the chance to use them. They even have a little robot to deliver your food orders so cute ＞.＜ The lobby is inviting and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! They helped us to receive a package and treat a smashed finger which occurred from a door jam. Overall the service and room was amazing 10/10!!

本次入住都这个维也纳酒店 体验感挺好的 前台工作人员热情 办理入住和退房都挺快的 还不需要交按金！楼层也很高 19楼视野开阔 天气好房间明亮整洁。还帮忙免房升级了房型 从而再次提升了入住的体验感，感受到了宾至如归都感觉。

The location is great. It's very near to MRT and tourist spots. Walking distance to the Forbidden Palace. The room is clean and has nice smell. There are 4 bottles of water, coke, sprite, vitamin c drink for free in the room. They are filled every day. They also place many bottles of water in front of the elevator, allowing you to take freely. The breakfast has variety of choices and delicious. All staff are nice. I will stay here again if I go to Beijing next time.

We decided to try the Adelphi for lunch as it was my daughter's birthday. We assumed from the website information that there would be main courses served as well as a sandwich option . However, when we arrived we were told that it was a sandwich menu only. So, we ordered steak sandwiches. What a disappointment when they arrived - two pieces of sourdough with some strips of steak in between, no garnish of any kind, not even a few crisps! The bread was burnt and impossible to cut with a knife. I spoke to the waiter who could not have been more understanding and he sent for the manager. She too was very courteous and apologetic when she saw the meals. She agreed to adjust the bill. I explained that I thought for ￡18 per sandwich this was unacceptable. The hotel is beautifully presented and the staff are most pleasant. What a pity about the food. I also must add that we paid ￡24 for two glasses of red wine. Surely these prices are too high?

We had a wonderful stay at Dali Shinian Boutique Hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with local recommendations or any requests. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to Dali Old Town and scenic spots. The breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety. Overall, a charming hotel that made our Dali visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!
