Staff was friendly, the room was clean at least, breakfast was okay, and the courtyard was fairly nice. However, I paid for a courtyard view and my husband and I were put at the tail end of the building, where it was at the end of the courtyard, the hot tub jets were out of order, the property is older and looked it, and I asked for extra pillows when I booked the room and never received them along with the bed being so uncomfortably stiff and getting maybe an hour and half of interrupted sleep. Not the best experience to celebrate our 21 year Anniversary.

Archer is a really fun hotel that finds the local vibe. Great staff and bar. Comfortable for solo travelers.

My stay at Kempinski Hotel was a complete contrast to my previous experience elsewhere. From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism, hospitality, cleanliness, and organization was noticeable. The internet connection was stable and reliable, which was extremely important for me as I was handling remote work and attending online business meetings during my stay. I was finally able to work comfortably without interruptions or stress. The staff were respectful, attentive, and responsive whenever assistance was needed. The overall atmosphere felt well-managed, calm, and professional, and the facilities were maintained to a much higher standard. After dealing with several inconveniences during my trip, staying here gave me the comfort and reliability I was looking for. I truly appreciated the quality of service and would gladly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers visiting Lebanon. The pool area is very nice

We had booked two rooms at this hotel. The one we stayed in had a really overpowering sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which would be ‘covered up’ with a lot of air fresheners after house cleaning. I complained about it to staff and nothing was changed, with staff not mentioning it again. The other room was fine, and, besides the smell, both rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good, though the complimentary breakfast has very few options (they really want you to upgrade for a paid cooked breakfast). The staff were lovely and hard working, I just wished they had at least helped me understand what was going on with the smell in the bedroom.

It was clean and great as a place to pop by and visit my kiddo who goes to WWU. The pool is situated in the middle of the hotel, so it’s easy to hear all the kids splashing and having a good time. Everything was great, but the layout of the hotel means you’ll absolutely hear kids playing in the pool during the open hours.

Rooms were huge! The bathroom was larger than expected and check in process was very smooth. Do note that no bedroom slippers were available.

We had a nice ground floor room, very clean, modern and comfortable. One of the best showers we’ve had in a hotel. Friendly welcoming staff, near the beach and the good club. Highly recommend.

Un séjour très agréable. L’équipe est très accueillante. Faire étape dans cet établissement pour une nuit ou plusieurs jours ne doit pas vous empêcher de profiter de la piscine et du spa. La table est excellente pour parfaire le séjour.
