Lovely staff at the IBIS HOTEL. Provide lots of service and beautiful mind.

Breakfast at the Bella Vista is definite a highlight of the day. Captain of the Restaurant is a phenomenal woman named Jazmin Sous who runs an incredible team of servers and I’ll just name a few Luis Angel, Martin, Adolfo Armando, Clara, Ricardo, Ismael, Yasmin, Lilliana, Cesar and Baltasar. Their whole mission is to make your vacation as wonderful as they possibly can and it’s an incredible way to start the day and then it’s off to the beach where you run into another incredible group of servers that are there to elevate your beach day. Alberto runs a team including Margarito, Xavier,Sergio, David, Jose Juan, Edwin, Emanuel, Ivan, and Nefali and they are at your service the entire day. The rooms are clean, crisp with gorgeous views. The hotel lobby is beautiful. My husband and I have been going here for many many years and the beauty of the hotel and the kindness of the staff is what brings us back every year.

Yes, parking was safe and easy. Staff appeared to be always at hand, at or near the front desk. Calm and polite when we spoke. I had a problem free stay. Thank you

While this is a decent hotel, the high price point doesn’t fully align with the experience. The location is excellent, sitting right next to the shopping mall entrance, and the concierge service is top-notch. Rooms are clean and feature a minimalist, Muji-style design; however, the extreme simplicity feels a bit underwhelming upon arrival. On the downside, the bathroom is small and the bed is uncomfortably firm. Breakfast was a major disappointment, offering limited variety and subpar taste. Additionally, the adjacent two-story Muji shop feels cramped and has a surprisingly limited product selection.

Stayed there twice on the way from London to Manchester and Lake District. Modern inside and with aircon. Onsite charging available and breakfast is good.

Beautiful, well maintained and every staff member we encountered was courteous, smiling and welcoming. We hadn’t sprayed in a Thompson of Hyatt group but will look out for them. Easy to access town and beach restaurants. The 2 restaurants on site were great but If you like local coffee shops there are several excellent local ones including LOOT that also offers local artisanal products- and great coffee and brunch/ breakfasts. ( The hotel could upgrade its pickleball net but at least they had one court marked out!)

Very nice hotel, all the staff we dealt with were very polite and friendly. The cooked breakfast was cooked fresh, we had one evening meal which was very nice. The only downside was that the Spa was being renovated, I would definitely use this hotel again.

We stayed 2 separate nights, a Sunday and a Wednesday. On Sunday, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking out on Monday morning was different. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available. On Sunday, 1 restaurant was closed. On Wednesday, 3 restaurants were "temporarily" closed and 1 was closed for a special event. Our choices were then Claim Jumper, Saltgrass or Cadillac. None of which we were thrilled about. Having been in the pool service industry for 25 years, I could tell the pool chemistry was off just by the quality of the water view. I understand such large volume is hard to maintain, but for the price of the room, I would expect better. I did not use the pool for that reason.

I had a wonderful experience at the spa during my stay at the hotel. Maria, Anthi, and Eva were all amazing — professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. They made me feel relaxed and welcomed from the moment I arrived. The massage was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the spa was perfect. I would highly recommend their Cretan massage to anyone visiting the hotel!
