Apart from a confusing check in procedure. (No information on how to check in from *******) And when I approached the staff in the restaurant they blamed it on my having incorrect details on file - which was false as ******* never share guests information with 3rd party provider. Malt house should of reached out and sent information prior to our stay about check in. Also disappointing that once we arrived to rooms, it explained about 24 hour noise from cotton factory next door. Would of been nice to know this beforehand and we could of made the decision to cancel or not. They provided cheap ear plugs that did nothing. For the price of 2A and 1C (not even a 3rd bed) only two kings, it was over priced The air conditioner in both rooms operated with a flashing green light all night, so it was either be cold or forced to be kept awake by the green light & the nearby noise. Rooms were clean and tidy, good amenities. Suggest having menu in the room compendium also, instead of walking down in the dark and cold to look if it was vegetarian and/or child friendly.

非常新的一个全季，房间很宽敞很乾净不愧是25年新开业的，离马路一段距离所以很安静，水平绝对算是全季里的上等。一层还有健身室，里面有两台跑步机，免费毛巾和水，而且温度很合适，整体灯光和香薰也很不错??前台小姐姐很热情 美中不足就是退房到时间有打扫阿姨闯入 下次还会续住

A truly wonderful hotel experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the excellent service throughout my stay, everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Our room had a plumbing issue. The front desk found me another room in minutes, they gave me a nice upgrade for a very small fee.

The environment is relaxing and beautiful. Location wise, excellent, in between Yujin bridge and Sideng street. Transport can be arranged right at doorstep. The only thing is, room and bathroom is tad small. Else everything is good.

We enjoyed our stay very much, this place is extremely relaxing. Our room was clean and tidy. The garden is one of the main highlights. The food was delicious, the only problem was that in the afternoon there were available only plastic cups for coffee etc. I had a massage that was very pleasant and relaxing (I healed my backache there thanks to the massage and healing sand ??). As for the spa, there could be warmer water in the indoor pool. Another problem was the bathrobes - you have to order them in advance and sometimes there are no available. In general, this stay was very pleasant and relaxing and we would like to return.

It seems as if running a hotel is a bit secondary to the owners of this hotel. They arranged a party for people not staying at the hotel while we were there, not informing us that tha restaurant was closed for that day. Same with the pool. And the bar at the beach and pool was hardly open during the four days we stayed. The place is not well maintained, and the staff not very helpful or forthcoming. We got no information when we arrived late at night. No one showed us to the room. Tha bar was out of much of its stock. They didn’t place water in our room after the arrival, and the list goes on. wouldn’t stay there again. The view from our old and worn down room was nice, though.
