Hotel only sent over check in instructions around 1 hr before we arrived after we tried emailing and calling and texting then multiple times with no response. Hotel did not provide enough amenities for 3 pax when I booked for 3 pax. They didnt even have blanket for the 3rd person staying and the owner asked me to use the wet blanket drying outside, after much discussion the owner finally agreed to send over a dry blanket at night. The luggage storage is unreliable as it us located in a separate building which you WILL NOT have access code to and you simply have to wait for passerbys to open the gate and door for you - which are in 2 separate areas so you have to magically wait for 1 person exiting the gate, walk towards the next building and wait for the next special 1 person to open the door for you. Ridiculous.
