With all the 12 countries I have travelled to I always believed international destinations offered the finest hospitality and customer experience. Despite India having some of the most breathtaking locations my previous domestic travel experiences often felt underwhelming due to service standards. That perception changed completely after my stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Andamans. All thanks to our host Mannat from the time we entered till the end he was there with us like a family. This was undoubtedly one of the best travel decisions i have ever made. The beauty of the property is surreal pristine white sand beaches crystal blue waters, lush tropical gardens mangoes and coconuts scattered all around nature at its absolute finest. The pictures truly speak for themselves, completely unfiltered. Just four days here washed away months of stress and work pressure. What truly elevated the experience, however was the exceptional hospitality by Mannat. Every staff member was warm and attentive but our host Mannat was simply outstanding. In all my travels across different countries, I have rarely encountered someone so genuinely dedicated to guest experience. From arranging cabs , managing sudden ferry cancellations, early dinners, missed breakfasts bags, late check outs, and even helping recover lost belongings everything was handled seamlessly with just a single text or call.The level of professionalism ,efficiency and care genuinely rivalled some of the best luxury hospitality experiences I have had internationally. Even after I accidentally left behind an expensive Apple charger, Mannat personally ensured every effort was made to get it back to me in Delhi.This weekend in my friends get together I recommended this property to all my friends and even families . Taj should be incredibly proud to have people like Mannat representing their brand. Without his support, my birthday trip could have easily turned stressful instead, it became unforgettable.
